1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Songelidoo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Songelidoo.

2. What Songelidoo Does

Songelidoo lets you generate personalised, AI-produced songs — including lyrics, melody and audio — based on the details, occasion and musical style you provide. Songs are created by automated AI systems and may vary in quality and character.

3. Musical Styles & Artist References

Some musical styles are described using the names of well-known artists or eras (for example, "style inspired by" a particular artist) purely to communicate a general genre, sound or era. These descriptions do not mean the artist created, endorsed, performed on, or is otherwise associated with any song, and Songelidoo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any named artist, band or rights holder. Generated songs are original works produced by AI and are not the recordings of any referenced artist.

4. Your Content & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the details, names, photos and text you submit. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes anyone's rights. Do not submit personal information about other people without a lawful basis to do so. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Ownership & Licence

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use, share and gift the songs you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes. You grant Songelidoo a licence to host, store and process your songs to operate the Service. Choosing Public on Songelidoo also permits us to display the song in our public library, charts and Radio. Promotion through Songelidoo's official social channels requires a separate consent and is not implied by public visibility. You retain no rights in the underlying AI models or the Service itself.

6. Responsibility for What You Create & Share

You are responsible for every song you create and for wherever you choose to share it. This applies to private songs, songs shared with a link (Link only), songs sent to another person, and songs you publish on Songelidoo: in each case you are the publisher of that content. If you post your song or its share link on social media, in a group chat, on a website or anywhere else, that posting is yours — you are responsible for it, including for the rights, consents and accuracy of anything the song contains about real people.

When Songelidoo itself posts a song on our own official social channels, we are responsible for that posting. We only do this for songs whose owner has given us separate, explicit consent for official promotion, and we will stop using a song on our channels on request.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel your plan at any time from your account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a given purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Songelidoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes & Contact
